To manage your support ticket, you have to login to your account in Xgenious. You will see this page after logging in to your account. then click on “Download Update File” and you will see this page
By entering your Envato user name and your Envato purchase code then click on get update download details then our system will generate a update file download url for you with 1month of validity, then you will find them as like below image with a download button for get the update file.
You can download latest update file for update it manually,
