Shipping Settings
The Shipping module lets you define geographic delivery zones and assign pricing methods to each zone. You can charge a flat fee for every order, or calculate shipping costs dynamically based on the total package weight.
How Shipping Works — Zones and Methods
Shipping is configured in two layers:
Zone → defines WHERE (countries, states, ZIP codes)
Method → defines HOW MUCH (flat rate or weight-based cost)
Example setup:

| Outside Dhaka | Bangladesh (other states) | Standard Delivery | ৳120 flat |
| International | All other countries | International Shipping | Weight-based |
At checkout:
- Customer enters their address.
- System matches the address to a zone.
- All active methods for that zone are shown.
- Customer selects a method and the cost is added to their order.
