How to add freelancer level and configure it.

Go to admin panel "Freelancer Level" menu click on it now and click on Add Level

Once you have added the level, you now have to set rules for the freelancer level. click on select Action, then click on

Configuring Level Rules

When setting up rules for a freelancer level, you can configure the following criteria:

Qualifying Period

The qualifying period determines how long a freelancer must be active before becoming eligible for this level. You can now set the period in days, weeks, or months.

• Period Value: Enter a number (0-3650)
• Period Unit: Select from Days, Weeks, or Months

Examples:

• 7 Days — Freelancer must be active for at least 7 days
• 2 Weeks — Freelancer must be active for at least 14 days
• 3 Months — Freelancer must be active for at least 90 days

Other Criteria

• Average Rating — Minimum average rating required
• Total Earnings — Minimum total earnings required
• Completed Orders — Minimum number of completed orders

Badge Display

Once configured, the system will use the badges in the freelancer profile to showcase their achievements and experience. Badges appear on:

• Freelancer profile pages
• Search results
• Chat conversations
• Order details

Tips

• Start with lower requirements for initial levels
• Increase difficulty progressively for higher levels
• Consider using different time units for flexibility
• Balance between achievability and exclusivity
