Installation & Setup
What are the server requirements?
Most Xgenious products require:
- PHP 8.1 or higher
- MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
- Apache/Nginx web server
- mod_rewrite enabled (for Apache)
- 256 MB PHP memory limit
- 100 MB disk space minimum

How do I install a product?
Each product includes a detailed installation guide. The general process:
- Download the product files from your account
- Upload to your web server
- Create a MySQL database
- Run the web installer
- Configure basic settings
Licensing
How does licensing work?
Each product requires a valid purchase code from CodeCanyon or the Xgenious marketplace. Licenses are domain-specific and can be activated on one primary domain at a time.
Can I transfer my license to another domain?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the current domain (see Deactivate Domain License), then activate it on the new domain through the product admin panel.
