How to Open Support Ticket
This guide explains how to open a support ticket for any Xgenious or Bytesed product.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
- Your purchase code (from CodeCanyon or the Xgenious marketplace)
- Product version number
- Detailed description of your issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
Step 1: Visit the Support Portal
Navigate to the support portal at support.xgenious.com.
Step 2: Create an Account or Login
If you already have an account, click Login and enter your credentials.
If you are a new user, click Register and fill in the required fields:
- Full name
- Email address
- Password
Step 3: Submit a New Ticket
- Once logged in, click the Submit a Ticket button
- Select the product you need help with from the dropdown
- Choose the appropriate department:
- Technical Support — Installation, bugs, features
- Billing — Invoices, licenses, purchases
- Sales — Pre-sales questions, customisation
- Enter a clear and descriptive subject line
- Provide detailed information about your issue in the description
Step 4: Provide Detailed Information
For the fastest resolution, include:
- Your product name and version number
- Server environment details (PHP version, MySQL version, web server)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any error messages you received
- Screenshots of the problem
Step 5: Submit and Track
Click Submit to send your ticket. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID.
You can track the status of your ticket from the support portal dashboard. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours during business days.

- Be specific and detailed in your description
- Include screenshots where relevant
- Check the documentation first — your question may already be answered
- Respond promptly to support agent questions
- One issue per ticket (avoid bundling multiple problems)
