To manage your support ticket, you have to login to your account in Xgenious. You will see this page after logging in to your account. then click on “License Manage” and you will see this page
You can check your license details by entering your Envato user name and your Envato purchase code, Once you get your license details, you will be able to activate or deactivate your license for a particular domain.
