The Chat List page displays all conversations handled by the chatbot. When human intervention is enabled, you can manually reply to users directly from this page.

You can also view detailed user information, including:

• Location details

• Browser information

• Device information

Additionally, the page includes filtering options to sort chats by read, unread, and a search feature to quickly find specific conversations.
