To add a new inventory go to “Product Module > Add new Product > inventory” you can add any inventory entry from here . you can set sku product stock count, also you can manage product variant with their stock with additional cost and image
you can set inventory by item size , color , and your own additional attirbute which you can add from Attributes menus
