User Manual
This manual explains Xilancer without technical jargon. It is written for the people who use the marketplace every day: clients who hire, freelancers who sell services, and administrators who keep the site running.
How to use this manual
Each page answers a small set of questions:
- What is this feature for?
- Where do I find it?
- What do I do, step by step?
- What should I expect to see?
- What usually goes wrong, and how do I fix it?
You do not need to read the pages in order. Use the table below to jump to the task you need.

The three roles
Xilancer has three kinds of accounts:
- Client - posts jobs, buys services, and pays for work.
- Freelancer - creates services, sends proposals and offers, and delivers work.
- Admin - manages users, listings, orders, money, settings, and plugins.
A person can hold a client account and a freelancer account, but each account has its own dashboard, wallet, and orders. If you cannot see a page you expect, check which account you are signed in to.

A note about screens
The screenshots and menu names in this manual describe the standard Xilancer layout. Your site may rename a menu, hide a feature, or use different colors. If a menu is missing, your administrator may have disabled that feature or your account may not have permission to see it.
Getting help
If a page does not behave as described:
- Check Troubleshooting.
- Refresh the page and try again in a private browser window.
- Ask your administrator whether the feature is enabled for your account.
- If you run the site, check the application log and the plugin manager for errors.
