SEO Suite
SEO Suite helps search engines (and AI answers) find and understand your public site. It is an admin tool: you manage it from the admin panel, not the customer dashboard.
Open it from SEO Suite in the admin sidebar. The page has four tabs: Overview, Sitemap, Settings and Redirects & 404s.
Overview
The overview lists every page with:
- its slug,
- a score out of 100 (green is 80+, amber 50–79, red below 50),
- any missing checks or flags to fix, such as a missing meta description or a page set to noindex.
Click Edit SEO on a row to open the per-page editor (see below), or Ping Google & Bing to ask the search engines to re-check your sitemap straight away.
Pinging only speeds up the first visit after a content change. Search engines also crawl on their own schedule, so one ping after each change is enough.
Per-page SEO and the live score
Clicking Edit SEO opens a form with a live score panel beside it:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Meta title | Blank uses the page title. |
| Focus keyword | The phrase the page should rank for. |
| Meta description | Aim for 120–160 characters. |
| Canonical URL | Blank is filled automatically. |
| Max snippet | Optional; e.g. 160 or -1. |
| Noindex | Hides the page from search engines. |
| Nofollow | Tells crawlers not to follow the page's links. |
| Custom schema (JSON-LD) | Optional structured data. |
The score panel shows each check as a pass or fail with a short hint. Checks about wording, headings, images or the slug are fixed on the page itself; the rest you can fix right here. Click Save SEO when you are done.
Sitemap
The sitemap is generated live on every request from your published pages:
sitemap.xml— the main sitemap. Large sites are split into/sitemaps/1.xml,/sitemaps/2.xmland so on.robots.txtllm.txt— a plain-text summary for AI crawlers.
Drafts and noindex pages are never included, and each URL's last modified time tracks the page's last update, so no upload is needed.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| robots.txt | Paste your own rules, or leave blank to use the generated default. A preview of what is currently served is shown below the box. |
| llm.txt | Paste your own content for AI crawlers, or leave blank for the generated default. |
| Enable hreflang | Turn on only if pages have real per-language translations. |
| Google Search Console verification code | The verification code from Search Console. |
| Allow AI training crawlers | Off blocks AI training crawlers in robots.txt. Search crawlers stay allowed either way. |
Click Save to apply.
Redirects & 404s
Redirects move an old address to a new one. Add a redirect with:
- From a path such as
/old-page, - To a path or full URL,
- a status code:
301permanent,302temporary,307temporary (keeps the method) or308permanent (keeps the method).
The table lists each redirect with how many times it has been used (hits), and a Delete button.
The 404 log on the right records addresses visitors asked for that do not exist, with the number of hits and when each was last seen. Fix the popular ones by adding a redirect, then click Clear to empty the log.
