Premium Plugins

Premium plugins add extra tools to your HelpNest dashboard. Most show up as a new item in the left-hand menu with a small PRO tag. You do not need any technical knowledge to use them.

Admin plugins

These are managed from the admin panel by the site owner, not from the customer dashboard.

PluginWhat it does for you
SEO SuiteBuilds your sitemap and robots.txt, scores and edits per-page SEO, and manages redirects and 404s.
Ad TrackingSends server-side Meta and Google Ads conversions for trial starts and paid checkouts.

Where to find them

  1. Sign in to your HelpNest dashboard.
  2. Look at the left-hand menu. Each plugin that is switched on for your site appears there with a PRO tag.
  3. Click the plugin name to open its page.
Note

If you do not see a plugin in your menu, it has not been switched on yet. On a self-hosted install the site owner turns plugins on from Admin → Plugins Manage → All Plugins. See Turning plugins on and off.

Things that happen in the background

Some plugins do work for you on a schedule, for example refreshing your product catalog every night or emailing a weekly report. These need your site's scheduler (cron) and queue worker to be running, which is part of a normal HelpNest installation. If something never seems to update, ask whoever manages your server to confirm both are running.
