Delivery Log
Every message the plugin sends is recorded in the delivery log. Use it to confirm webhooks are working and to investigate failures.
What the log shows
- Which webhook and event sent the message.
- When it was sent.
- Whether it succeeded or failed.
- The response from the receiving system (truncated for safety).
Retry a failed delivery
If a delivery failed, you can retry it manually from the log once the receiving system is back online.
Clear the log
You can clear the log to keep it tidy. Clear it only after you have reviewed anything you need.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| All deliveries fail | Wrong URL or the receiver is down | Check the URL and the receiving system |
| Receiver rejects messages | Wrong secret | Re-enter the same secret on both sides |
| Message never sends | Webhook is off or event not selected | Check the toggle and the event list |
| Delivery succeeds but nothing happens | Receiver-side issue | Check the receiving system's own logs |
