Admin Settings
Where to find it
After activation, a Webhooks item appears in your admin menu.
Create a webhook
- Go to Admin → Webhooks → Create.
- Enter the web address (URL) where messages should be sent.
- Enter a secret — a password the receiving system uses to verify messages. Make it long and random.
- Choose the events that should trigger this webhook.
- Save.
Test a webhook
Each webhook has a Send test action. Use it to confirm the receiving system gets the message before you rely on it in production.
Pause or resume
You can turn a webhook on or off without deleting it. Turn it off while you fix the receiving system, then turn it back on.
Edit or delete
- Edit — change the URL, secret, or events.
- Delete — remove the webhook permanently.
Good to know
- Use a different secret for each webhook.
- If the receiving system changes its URL, update it here so messages keep flowing.
- Only point a webhook at systems you control or trust.
