Trash and Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions

Select multiple products with the checkboxes on the left of the product list, then use the Bulk Actions dropdown:

To select all visible products at once, click the checkbox in the column header.

Trash and Recovery

Deleting a product does not permanently remove it — it goes to Trash first.

Restore a product

Click Restore on any trashed product to bring it back to the active list. Its status stays as it was before deletion.

Permanent delete

Click Delete Permanently to irreversibly remove a product and all its data — images, inventory, metadata, and more.

Empty trash

Click Empty Trash to permanently delete all trashed products at once.

There is no undo for permanent deletion. Use with caution.
