Troubleshooting

Slug already taken on create or import? Slugs must be unique store-wide — add a suffix such as blue-shirt-v2.

Product not showing on storefront? Status must be Published, stock must be above 0 if inventory tracking is on, and the product needs a category.

Variants not generating? Select at least one Color, Size, or custom attribute value before clicking Generate Variants.

Import email not received? Check spam, and confirm the email gateway under Tenant Admin → Settings → Email Settings.

Barcode not scanning in POS? Ensure the SKU matches the printed label, then re-download the barcode from the product list.

Stock alert not triggering? Confirm Inventory Warning is enabled (wizard Step 6) and Reorder Point is greater than 0.
