Inventory Management
Tenant Admin → Product → Inventory
The Inventory screen gives you a dedicated view of all product stock across your catalog.
Inventory List
Shows every product and its variants with current stock count, SKU, reorder point, sold count, and last updated date.
Edit Inventory
Click Edit on any row to update stock count, SKU, reorder point, additional pricing for variants, and variant images.
Manual Stock Adjustment
Click Adjust on any item and fill in:

Every adjustment is permanently logged with timestamp and the admin user who made it.
Adjustment Log
Tenant Admin → Product → Inventory → Adjustment Log
Full history of every stock adjustment:

Stock Alerts
Tenant Admin → Product → Inventory → Stock Alerts
Lists every product or variant where current stock has reached or fallen below its Reorder Point. Use this to restock before you run out.
Stock alerts only trigger when Inventory Warning is enabled on the product (wizard Step 6) and the Reorder Point is greater than 0.
Inventory Settings
Tenant Admin → Product → Inventory → Settings
