Viewing Fraud Results
When viewing any order in the tenant admin, the fraud assessment card appears automatically in the order sidebar.
Order Status States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Assessment has not run yet (e.g. module was enabled after the order was placed) |
| Safe | Risk score is below your threshold — order looks legitimate |
| High Risk | Risk score exceeded your threshold — order needs review |
What the Card Shows
The fraud assessment card includes:
- Color-coded header — green (safe), amber (medium), red (high risk)
- Trust Score gauge — a circular meter showing Trust = 100 minus risk score
- Provider name and logo — which provider assessed this order
- Verdict badge — Safe or High Risk
- Risk signals — individual flags raised (e.g. "VPN/Proxy Detected", "Low delivery success rate: 32%")
- Courier metrics (BdCourier only) — total parcels, delivered count, success ratio, fraud reports
How to Use Fraud Results
For Safe Orders (Green)
- Proceed with fulfillment as normal
- No further action needed
For High Risk Orders (Red)
- Review the specific risk signals shown on the card
- Verify the billing and shipping information manually
- Consider contacting the customer to confirm the order
- Check if the phone number or email has been flagged before
- For COD orders with low delivery success rates, consider requesting advance payment
For Pending Orders
- The fraud module was likely enabled after this order was placed
- No assessment is available for this order
- Future orders will be assessed automatically
