Admin Configuration
This guide walks you through setting up the Fraud Prevention module for your shop.
Navigate to Settings
Tenant: Admin → Shipping → Fraud Prevention
Route: /admin-home/fraud-prevention/settings
Step 1 — Select Primary Provider
Choose a regional provider from the Primary Provider dropdown. Providers are grouped by region.
Pick the provider that matches your customers' region:

This provider runs first for every new order.
Step 2 — Select Global Fallback
Choose a global provider from the Global Fallback dropdown. This runs if the primary provider fails or is unavailable.
Recommended: IpQualityScore — works globally using IP analysis, requires only one API key.
Step 3 — Set Auto-Hold Threshold
The Auto-Hold Threshold (0–100) defines the risk score at which an order is flagged as high-risk.
Default: 80
| Threshold | Behavior |
|---|---|
| 60 | Stricter — flags more orders, more false positives |
| 80 | Default — balanced detection |
| 95 | Lenient — only flags near-certain fraud |
Orders with a risk score at or above the threshold are flagged as high-risk. Orders below pass as safe.
Step 4 — Enter API Credentials
The Provider API Credentials section shows a card for each provider with the correct input fields.

You only need to fill in credentials for the providers you intend to use (primary and fallback).
Click Save All Settings when done.
Note: Leaving a credential field blank on save will not erase an existing saved key. Credentials are only updated when a non-empty value is submitted.
