The Fraud Prevention module supports 12 providers across 7 region groups. Choose a regional provider as your primary and a global provider as your fallback.
Provider Selection
Providers are grouped by region in the dropdown to help you choose the most relevant one for your customer base:
- Global — Best for stores serving customers worldwide
- Bangladesh — Specialized for BD courier and payment fraud patterns
- India — DLT-aware, Indian e-commerce focused
- Europe, Americas, Africa, Middle East — Region-specific intelligence

Best practice: primary is your region-specific provider (for example, FraudDB for Bangladesh stores) and fallback is a global provider (for example, IPQualityScore or MaxMind). No fraud API has 100% uptime — if your primary provider's API is temporarily down during a flash sale, you could lose all orders if there is no fallback.

Only enter credentials for the providers you plan to use. The system only uses the active Primary and Fallback providers.
