Affiliate Settings
Open Affiliate (Tolt) → Settings in the platform admin sidebar. Everything the plugin needs is on this one screen. Save your changes, then check the Pixel Status and Webhook Endpoint cards on the right.
Credentials
Get all four values from your Tolt.io dashboard.

The API Key and Webhook Secret are secrets. Never share screenshots of this page, and do not commit them to a repository. They are stored in the database, not in any config file.
Validating the API key
When you save with an API key filled in, the plugin calls Tolt to list one program. If the key is wrong you get a warning message — the settings still save, but tracking will not work until the key is corrected.
Attribution

A longer window favours affiliates (a click from last month can still earn), a shorter window favours you. 30 days is a common starting point.
Commission structure

| Enable Recurring Commissions | When on, the affiliate keeps earning on renewals. |

| Auto-approve Commissions | When on, new commissions are approved automatically instead of waiting for you. |
A percentage commission cannot exceed 100. If you enter more, the settings are rejected with a message and nothing is saved.
Recurring commissions are a strong affiliate motivator. If your plans renew monthly, enable recurring and set a limit you are comfortable with (for example 12 months).
Payout

Tolt performs the actual payout according to this method; MultiSaas stores the preference.
Pixel status
The Pixel Status card confirms whether the tolt.js pixel is active:
- Active — the public key is set, and the pixel is injected into your landlord frontend automatically. You do not paste any code.
- Not configured — add your public key and save.
The pixel is in the site head, and a small script in the footer links new registrations and orders to the referring click. Visitors who did not come through an affiliate link are never affected.
Webhook
Tolt sends events to your site. Copy the URL from the Webhook Endpoint card:

Add it in Tolt under Settings → Webhooks. Every request is verified with the Svix signature, so only genuine Tolt events are accepted.
Events the plugin handles: partner.*, customer.*, commission.*, transaction.*, link.* and payout.completed. Each event is stored locally before it is processed, so nothing is lost during a temporary error.
Manual sync
The Manual Sync card pulls the latest data from Tolt into your local cache. Click Sync Now to run it; you get a summary such as:
Sync complete: 12 partners, 40 customers, 85 transactions, 63 commissions.
Use it after connecting Tolt the first time, or any time the admin numbers look out of date. Webhooks keep the data current in normal operation, so you rarely need to sync by hand.
If Sync Now says "Configure Tolt API key first", the API key is missing. Save it in the credentials section and try again.
