Tolt Affiliate

The Tolt Affiliate plugin turns your platform into an affiliate program. Affiliates refer people to your website; when a referred visitor buys a plan, the affiliate earns a commission. Everything is powered by Tolt.io, so you get a proven affiliate engine with tracking, commissions and payouts, wired into your MultiSaas admin.

Note

You need a Tolt.io account with a program created before this plugin can do anything. Tolt handles click tracking, fraud checks and payouts; MultiSaas shows the data and reports paid signups back to Tolt.

What the plugin does

  • Injects the Tolt tracking pixel into your landlord site.
  • Detects when a visitor arrives through an affiliate link.
  • Reports each completed plan purchase to Tolt so the right affiliate is credited.
  • Gives you admin screens to review partners and commissions.
  • Gives your existing users an Affiliate Earnings page where they can join the program and share their link.

How a referral works

  1. An affiliate shares their referral link, for example https://your-domain.com/?ref=prt_123.
  2. A visitor clicks it. The Tolt pixel records the click and drops an attribution cookie.
  3. If the visitor registers or places an order, the plugin tells Tolt about the new lead.
  4. When that order is paid and completed, the plugin reports the sale to Tolt.
  5. Tolt calculates the commission using your settings and records it.

Setup in order

  1. In Tolt.io, create a program and copy your API key, public key, program ID and webhook secret.
  2. In MultiSaas, open Affiliate (Tolt) → Settings and paste those values. See Affiliate Settings.
  3. Add the webhook URL to Tolt so events flow back to your site.
  4. Run Sync Now to pull existing partners and commissions.
  5. Ask affiliates to join from their Affiliate Earnings page.

What's in this section

  1. Affiliate Settings — credentials, attribution, commission structure, payouts and the webhook.
  2. Partners and Commissions — reviewing who referred whom and what is owed.
  3. The Affiliate Dashboard — what your users see when they join.
