Technical Implementation
Query Filtering
All review queries include:
->where('ratings.status', 1)
->orWhereNull('ratings.status')
This ensures:
- Approved reviews are shown
- Legacy reviews (NULL status) are shown
- Pending/rejected reviews are hidden
