Request an NDA

1. Open the order you want to protect.
2. On the order page, click Request NDA.
3. Read the agreement. If there is a fee, pay it now.
4. Sign the agreement.
5. The other party signs to finish it.

Paying the fee

If there is a fee and you are the one paying it:

• The amount is taken from your wallet first.
• If the wallet is not used, you are sent to a payment gateway to pay by card or bank transfer.
• You cannot sign until the fee is paid, or the admin waives it.

Signing

Signing is done electronically and is linked to your account. Once both parties have signed, the status changes to Signed.

Downloading

After both parties sign, download the PDF from the order page or from My NDAs. The PDF includes the agreement text, both parties, the date, and the fee.

Declining

Either party can decline before both have signed. A declined agreement is not binding.

My NDAs

The My NDAs page lists every agreement you are part of, with its status:

• Pending — waiting for a signature.
• Signed — fully completed.
• Declined — rejected by one side.
