How It Works

The flow

1. Request — one party on the order clicks Request NDA.
2. Fee (optional) — if a fee is set, it is paid before signing.
3. Sign — each party signs in turn.
4. Download — both parties can download the signed PDF.
5. Decline — either party can decline before both have signed.

The fee

You can make the NDA free or charge a small fee. The fee is set by the admin and can be paid in two ways:

• From the wallet — taken automatically from the payer's balance.
• Through a payment gateway — using a card or bank transfer.

By default the system tries the wallet first and falls back to a gateway. You can also require the fee to be paid before either side can sign.

Who pays

The admin decides who pays the fee — the client on the order, or whoever requested the NDA.

Restricting access

The admin can optionally require the person requesting the NDA to have an active subscription plan. By default anyone on the order can request one.

A note on templates

The agreement text is editable by the admin. Whatever text is in place when the NDA is requested is what gets saved onto that agreement, so changing the template later does not affect agreements that already exist.
