Overview

The NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) plugin adds a confidentiality agreement to an order. A client or a freelancer can ask for one before sharing project details, files, or credentials, and both sides sign it.

What you can do

  • Either side can request — the client or the freelancer can start an NDA.
  • Both sides sign — the agreement is complete only when both have signed.
  • Optional fee — charge a fee, paid from the wallet or through a payment gateway.
  • Download a signed copy — get a printable PDF of the completed agreement.
  • Admin oversight — review and download agreements, and mark fees paid.

Why use it

An NDA gives clients confidence that sensitive project information stays private, and gives freelancers a clear, written commitment from the client too. It is a standard part of professional freelance work.

Where to find it

After activation, both clients and freelancers see NDA options on the order page, and the admin gets an NDA Signing menu.
