Global Requirements
| Toggle | Effect when ON |
|---|---|
| Require KYC to publish products | Tenants with unapproved KYC cannot make products visible on their storefront |
| Require KYC to receive orders | Tenants with unapproved KYC cannot receive new customer orders |
These toggles are independent. You can require KYC for one action but not the other.
Choose a Verification Provider
Select one of the four providers via the provider cards. Click the card for your chosen provider — it becomes highlighted as active.

Manual (Default)
The landlord reviews submitted documents directly. Full control — no external dependencies or costs.
- Merchant uploads documents (passport, national ID, business registration, etc.)
- Landlord downloads and inspects documents
- Landlord manually approves or rejects with a reason
Sumsub
Sumsub is a global identity verification platform. It uses AI-powered document verification and biometric matching.
- Merchant completes verification inside an embedded iframe
- Sumsub checks documents, selfies, and liveness detection
- Results sent automatically via webhook → application status updates immediately
- Supports 200+ countries, 6,000+ document types
Jumio
Jumio specializes in government-issued ID verification and biometric face matching.
- Merchant completes verification in an embedded flow
- Jumio verifies ID documents and optional face scan
- Results returned via API
Trulioo
Trulioo focuses on global AML compliance and identity data matching.
- Verifies identity against government databases and data sources
- Good for global compliance requirements
Enter Provider Credentials
Manual Provider: No credentials required. Documents are uploaded by merchants and reviewed by you.
Sumsub:
