User-Level Domain Management
End users (tenants and customers with dashboard access) can manage domains entirely from their own dashboard — no landlord involvement is needed after the initial module setup.
Note
User Dashboard → Domain Reseller
What Users Can Do
- Search and purchase domains using the same availability search as landlords.
- View their purchased domain list with status and expiry dates.
- Access the same Manage interface: DNS records, WHOIS privacy, SSL, and renew.
- Pay through the same payment gateways configured on the platform.
- Activate a purchased domain to connect it to their tenant shop or custom domain.
User-to-Landlord Relationship
- All user domain purchases are recorded centrally.
- Landlord admins can see all domain purchases from all users in Domain Reseller → Domain List.
- Payments flow through the same IPN and webhook system as other purchases.
- Failed user checkouts appear in the landlord Failed Purchases list, where the landlord can retry with Complete Purchase — see Domain Renewal and Failed Purchases.
