Add a DNS Record
- Click Add Record.
- Select the record type.
- Enter:
- Host — subdomain or
@for the root domain. - Value — IP address, domain, or text depending on type.
- TTL — Time to Live in seconds (lower values propagate faster, higher values cache better).
- Host — subdomain or
- Click Save.
Edit or Delete a Record
Click the Edit or Delete icon next to any existing record in the DNS Records list.
WHOIS Privacy
WHOIS privacy hides personal contact information (name, address, email, phone) from the public WHOIS database. Keeping it ON is recommended to prevent spam and protect personal information.
Landlord Admin → Domain Reseller → Domain List → Manage → WHOIS
Click Enable WHOIS Privacy to toggle it on or off. Note that some registrars include WHOIS privacy for free (for example NameSilo) while others may charge an additional fee — check your registrar's pricing.
Propagation
DNS changes typically propagate within 5–30 minutes, but can take up to 48 hours globally. If records do not reflect yet:
- Wait for the TTL window to expire and check again.
- Verify propagation with a tool like dnschecker.org.
- Confirm the record values match what the registrar expects — SSL issuance also depends on correct A records (see SSL Certificates).
