How to cancel a shipment before it has been delivered.
Cancel a Shipment
On the Shipments page, click Cancel on any shipment that has not yet been delivered.
- Couriers that support API cancellation (FedEx, UPS, Ninja Van): cancellation is sent automatically
- Couriers without API cancellation (most regional carriers like Pathao, Steadfast): you will see a message such as "Please cancel manually via the Pathao merchant portal" — the status in Nazmart is still marked as cancelled locally
