Admin Setup
Step-by-step guide to configuring and activating couriers from the Admin Panel.
Step 1 — Open Courier Settings
Navigate to: Admin Panel → Courier → Settings
You will see a grid of all 45 courier cards. Each card shows:
- Courier logo and name
- Region badge (Bangladesh / Global / India / etc.)
- "Setup needed" badge (amber) if no credentials are saved yet
- An Active / Inactive toggle
- A gear icon (⚙) to open settings
Step 2 — Configure a Courier
Click the ⚙ gear icon on any courier card. A settings modal opens where you enter the API credentials from the courier's dashboard.
Each courier requires different fields. Examples:
Pathao:
- Client ID (required)
- Client Secret (required)
- Store ID (required)
Steadfast:
- API Key (required)
- Secret Key (required)
DHL:
- API Key (required)
- Account Number (required)
- Shipper Country Code (e.g. BD)
After filling in the fields, click Save Changes. The card will update — the amber "Setup needed" badge disappears and the toggle becomes enabled.
Step 3 — Activate the Courier
Once credentials are saved, flip the toggle switch on the courier card to activate it. The card border turns green and an Active badge appears.
To deactivate a courier, flip the toggle off. Deactivating does not delete your credentials — you can reactivate any time.
If you try to flip the toggle before saving credentials, the settings modal opens automatically instead.
