Activate the plugin, configure your courier provider, and set up the webhook so statuses update automatically.

Step 2 — Configure Your Courier

1. Select your courier provider from the dropdown.
2. Enter the API credentials for that provider (see Credential Reference for field tables).
3. Optionally enter a Webhook Secret for signature verification.
4. Click Activate.

Webhook Secret

The webhook secret is used to verify that incoming status updates genuinely come from the courier, not a third party. Enter the secret from your courier's webhook settings.

If you leave the webhook secret blank, signature verification is skipped. Status updates will still work but are less secure.

Step 3 — Set Up the Webhook

After activating, your webhook URL is displayed:

https://your-store-domain.com/api/courier/webhook/{driver-name}

Copy this URL and paste it into your courier provider's dashboard under their Webhook / Callback URL setting. This enables automatic shipment status updates.

If statuses are not updating automatically, verify the webhook URL is correctly configured in your courier's dashboard and that the webhook secret matches.

Multiple Providers

You can store credentials for multiple couriers at the same time. Only couriers marked as Active are used for shipment creation. You can switch the active courier at any time without losing credentials for other providers.

Deactivating a courier does not delete its credentials. You can reactivate any time.

Step 4 — Create Your First Shipment

Go to your Orders list, find a fulfilled order, and click Create Shipment. See Creating Shipments for the full walkthrough.
