Measurement

Before activating a growth plugin, decide the metric:

  • Affiliate: attributed signups and paid conversions.
  • Coupons: incremental orders, not just discounted orders.
  • Email: list growth and revenue per campaign.
  • Referrals: qualified signups, not raw clicks.
  • Subscription Offers: recurring revenue and churn.
  • SEO: impressions, clicks, and indexed pages.
  • Webhooks: delivery success rate.

If you cannot measure it, you cannot tell whether it worked.
