Everything Bundle Licensing

The Everything Bundle is Xgenious's all-products license. This page explains how it applies to Xilancer and its plugins in plain terms.

The current contract at purchase is the authoritative source. If this page and your license agreement differ, the agreement wins.

What the license covers

An active Everything Bundle license covers:

• The Xilancer core application.
• Every Xilancer-exclusive plugin in this section.
• Every premium port packaged as a plugin.
• Updates released for those products while the license is active.
• Documentation for the covered products.

It does not cover third-party services that a plugin connects to.

What "exclusive" means

A Xilancer-exclusive plugin is built for Xilancer and is not sold as a standalone product for other Xgenious items. It may still share framework code with other products, but its features assume the Xilancer data model.

Exclusivity is a product decision, not a technical lock. The plugin still uses the same manifest, hooks, and slots as any other plugin.

What is not covered

Several plugins work without paid third-party accounts:

• AI Engine ranks locally and needs no API key.
• Coupons, Referrals, Reports, Currency Switcher, SEO Tools, Announcements, and Impersonate have no external dependency.
• Webhooks needs only a receiver you control.

How activation works

Licensing and plugin activation are separate.

1. License: your Xgenious account holds the entitlement.
2. Download: you receive the plugin package for the covered products.
3. Install: upload the zip in Plugin Manage or extract it into plugins/.
4. Activate: toggle it on.

The plugin does not call a license server at runtime. Activation is a local flag in plugins/statuses.json. This means:

• A staging copy works without a second license call.
• An expired license does not switch off a running plugin automatically.
• You are still bound by the license terms for updates and support.

Domains and environments

Most Xgenious licenses allow one production domain plus a staging or development copy. Confirm the current allowance at purchase. If you run multiple production brands, check whether each needs its own license.

Updates

While the license is active:

• You can download new versions of covered products.
• Plugin updates are installed the same way as the first install.
• Re-uploading replaces the plugin directory.
• Migrations run on activation.

Back up before every update:

1. Database.
2. plugins/statuses.json.
3. Any plugin-owned storage.

Plugin versions are independent of the core version. A plugin update does not require a core update unless its manifest says so.

Expiry and renewal

When the license expires:

• Your site keeps running.
• Installed plugins keep working.
• You stop receiving new versions and support.
• You cannot download updates for covered products.

Renew to restore downloads and support. There is no automatic shutdown, and the software does not phone home.

What about a new install after expiry?

You can keep using the versions you already downloaded. You cannot obtain versions released after expiry without renewing.

Support

Support covers:

• Installation and activation of covered products.
• Bugs in covered products.
• Questions about documented behavior.

Support does not cover:

• Custom code.
• Server configuration.
• Third-party provider outages.
• Payment disputes.
• Legal or tax advice.

Include in a support request:

• Product and version.
• PHP version.
• Steps to reproduce.
• The exact error.
• Whether the plugin is active and booted.
• Relevant log lines with secrets removed.

Transfer and teamwork

License transfer rules depend on the current agreement. In general:

• The license belongs to the account that purchased it.
• Developers working on your site may use the files while they work for you.
• Do not redistribute the files, share download links, or publish them in a public repository.

If you use an agency, confirm in writing who holds the license and who keeps it if the engagement ends.

Compliance checklist

• One license per production site, unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Staging and development copies within the allowance.
• No public redistribution of plugin files.
• No resale of plugins as your own product.
• Provider accounts and credits paid by you.
• NDA template reviewed for your jurisdiction.
• Tax settings reviewed for your jurisdictions.

Common questions

Do I need the bundle for every plugin?

The bundle covers the plugins listed as included. A plugin sold separately has its own price. Check the product page or your account before assuming an item is included.

Can I use one plugin without the bundle?

Yes, if that plugin is sold separately. Exclusive plugins are distributed through the bundle or the Xilancer product page, depending on the current offer.

Does the license expire the software?

No. The software keeps running. The license controls access to new versions and support.

Can I modify a plugin?

You can modify it for your own site. Do not redistribute the modified version. Keep a copy of the original so you can apply updates.

Can I remove the branding?

Check the current agreement. Some licenses allow white-labeling, others do not.

What happens if I cancel?

The site keeps running on the versions you have. You lose access to updates and support.

Is the NDA legally binding?

The plugin records intent, identity, time, and IP. Whether that is a valid electronic signature depends on your jurisdiction. Have a lawyer review your template and process.

Are AI outputs mine?

That depends on the AI provider's terms and your local law. The plugin does not claim ownership of generated text. Review the provider's policy before commercial use.

Getting the current terms

Pricing, domain allowances, support windows, and renewal rules change. Before you buy or renew:

1. Open the product page.
2. Read the license summary.
3. Ask sales to confirm anything that affects your setup.
4. Keep the invoice and license email.
