Overview

SePay is a payment provider used in Vietnam. With this gateway your clients pay by bank transfer using a VietQR code, and the payment is confirmed automatically.

How it works for the buyer

1. The buyer chooses SePay at checkout.
2. A VietQR code is shown with a unique payment code.
3. The buyer transfers the amount from their bank app.
4. SePay matches the transfer and confirms the order automatically.

Payment codes

Each payment is identified by a code made of three parts: a prefix you set, a letter for the payment type, and the record number. This lets one confirmation address settle every kind of payment — orders, wallet top-ups, subscriptions, and promotions.

Where to find it

After activation, a SePay settings page appears in your admin panel.

Requirements

• A SePay account with a connected bank.
• Your webhook secret or API key from SePay.
• A public web address so SePay can confirm payments back to your site.
