Manage subscription offers, settings, and subscriptions from the admin panel.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Admin > Subscription Offers > Settings

Configuration

Commission Rate

• Setting — Platform commission percentage
• Default — 10%
• Range — 0-50%

Auto-Approve Offers

• Enable — Automatically approve new offers
• Disable — Manual approval required
• Default — Disabled

Subscription Settings

• Grace Period — Days before subscription expires
• Auto-Renew Default — Default auto-renew setting
• Cancellation Policy — When cancellations take effect

Managing Offers

View All Offers

Navigate to Admin > Subscription Offers > All Offers

• See all freelancer offers
• View approval status
• Check subscriber count

Approve/Reject Offers

1. Find the offer
2. Review details
3. Click Approve or Reject
4. Add notes if needed

Toggle Approval

1. Find the offer
2. Click Toggle Approval
3. Status changes immediately

Managing Subscriptions

View All Subscriptions

Navigate to Admin > Subscription Offers > Subscriptions

• See all active subscriptions
• View payment status
• Track deliverables

Commission Calculation

Commission = Subscription Amount × Commission Rate
Freelancer Amount = Subscription Amount - Commission

Viewing Revenue

Navigate to Admin > Reports > Earnings

• Subscription revenue breakdown
• Commission collected
• Freelancer payouts
