AI Provider Settings
Tenant Admin → Multi-Lingual → Settings
Enable Translations
Toggle Enable Translations to ON. This activates language tabs on all edit forms.
AI Credentials Source

AI Provider
Select your translation provider: OpenAI (GPT models), DeepSeek, or Google Gemini.
API Key
Enter the API key for the selected provider. The key is stored securely encrypted.
Model
Select the specific AI model. Different models trade speed against quality — see the lists below.
OpenAI (GPT)
- gpt-4o — recommended, best quality
- gpt-4o-mini — faster, cheaper
- gpt-4-turbo
- gpt-4
- gpt-3.5-turbo — fastest, lowest cost
- o1, o1-mini, o3, o3-mini
DeepSeek
- deepseek-v4
- deepseek-chat
- deepseek-reasoner
Google Gemini
- gemini-2.5-pro — best quality
- gemini-2.0-flash — fast, good quality
- gemini-1.5-pro
- gemini-1.5-flash
If unsure: OpenAI gpt-4o-mini balances speed, quality, and cost for e-commerce translations.
Temperature
The temperature slider controls how creative versus precise the translation is:

Recommended setting: 0.3 for most e-commerce content.
Troubleshooting
Auto Translate button not working? Check the API key is valid with credit or quota remaining, verify the selected model is available on your API plan — for example GPT-4 requires a paid OpenAI plan — and confirm the server has internet access.
Poor quality for my language? Switch to a more capable model such as gpt-4o, lower temperature to 0.2, or translate your most important pages manually.
