SEO Manager

The SEO Manager plugin gives every site on your platform a complete set of SEO tools — without editing any files. It runs on both sides of MultiSaas:

  • On the landlord (central) site, for your main marketing website.
  • On every tenant website, managed by that tenant's own admin.

Each site keeps its own settings, redirect rules, 404 log, sitemap and audit report. Nothing is shared across tenants.

What the plugin does

FeatureWhere you use it
XML sitemapsAuto-generate a sitemap for the central site and every tenant site.
Robots.txt editorEdit and serve /robots.txt per site, with ready-made presets.
Redirect rulesCreate exact or regex 301/302 redirects for old or moved URLs.
404 captureLog every missing page so you can turn it into a redirect in one click.
Bulk meta editorFill in missing meta titles and descriptions across your content.
SEO health auditGet a 0–100 score with a list of exactly what to fix.

Where to find it

After the plugin is enabled, the menus appear in the admin sidebar:

PanelMenu itemsLocation
Landlord adminSEO Manager, SEO RedirectsDirectly above General Settings
Tenant adminSEO Manager, SEO RedirectsDirectly above Appearance Settings

The tenant menus are visible to every tenant. There is no plan gate on them, so you do not need a specific pricing plan to use the plugin.

Before you start

  • The plugin is enabled from Admin → Plugins Manage. Ask your platform owner if you cannot see the menus.
  • The nightly sitemap job needs the platform scheduler (cron) to be running. See Cron Job.
  • A verified Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools account is recommended so you can submit the sitemap and watch indexing.

Quick start

  1. Open SEO Manager and switch on Regenerate sitemap automatically.
  2. Open Robots.txt, click Preset: allow all, and save (add the AI-bot block only if you want it).
  3. Open SEO Redirects and add a rule for any important old URL.
  4. Run Run audit now, then work through the issues it lists.
  5. Use Bulk Meta Fixes to fill in the missing titles and descriptions it found.
  6. Submit your sitemap URL (/sitemap/landlord/...) to Google and Bing.

What's in this section

  1. Sitemaps and Robots.txt — generating sitemaps and editing robots.txt.
  2. Redirects and 404 Capture — moving old URLs and cleaning up broken links.
  3. Bulk Meta Editor and SEO Health — the audit score and fixing meta data.
Note

The SEO Manager stores redirect rules and 404 logs in central database tables that are shared by the platform but keyed per site. A tenant can only see and edit its own rules.
