with this script you can create as much as shipping method you want from “shipping manage > shipping method”

you can control many thing in shipping like is this shipping method required a coupon to process or is this shipping method is required to a minimum number or amount order. also you can set is this shipping tax able or not. you can set default shipping method which will show in the checkout page initially
